Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement engineering and business solutions in line with project requirements. Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support strategic initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals and deadlines are met. Monitor, maintain, and improve existing processes and workflows. Prepare detailed reports, technical documentation, and presentations. Participate in project meetings, offering valuable insights and supporting decision-making. Contribute to new business development projects and strategic planning initiatives.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an engineering or business analysis role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with the ability to develop spreadsheets, reports, and professional presentations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a team-oriented environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Knowledge of economics or financial analysis will be considered an advantage. Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to change. Creative mindset with the ability to propose innovative, practical solutions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in both Greek and English, written and spoken. Commitment to continuous learning, improvement, and professional development. High level of integrity and professionalism.
