You thrive in dynamic situations and possess a strong willingness to learn and grow.You handle incoming phone calls, web cases, and emails from internal and external customers about specific products for professional clients. You ensure correct dispatching of incoming issues to various technical departments. You inform customers about the status of their requests and the solutions to their incidents. You ensure all internal procedures and tasks are performed as defined in the work instructions. You ensure good follow-up on field interventions. You report recurring problems to enhance service quality. You provide support to colleagues to positively impact customer satisfaction.What are we looking for?You hold a technical training degree in higher education or have equivalent experience. You have a passion for IT and a desire to learn, including knowledge of IT infrastructure and basic IP concepts. You possess technical insight and the ability to work with Office 365 applications. You are customer-oriented, delivering clear and efficient communication. You are a team player who collaborates and assists colleagues in a self-regulating environment. You are punctual and can adhere to a strict work schedule due to 24/7 support needs. You can detect and assist in improving existing procedures and work instructions. You have a good command of Dutch, French, and English, both written and spoken. You can provide customer-oriented communication effectively through phone, email, or E-ticket.What do we offer?Location: Brussels (on-site training + on-site shifts)Training: Full-time, on-site for the first 2 months (Mon–Fri, ~8:00–16:30)Schedule: 24/7 Service Desk — shift work required (including nights/weekends)Contract: Freelance or PermanentLanguages: Dutch + French + English (spoken & written)
