Located in Al Khobar, we strive to set new standards in medical excellence. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an ICU Resident Doctor based in Al Khobar. The ICU Resident Doctor will provide critical care and medical management to patients admitted to the intensive care unit. Responsibilities include monitoring patient conditions, performing medical procedures, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, administering treatments, and maintaining accurate patient records. The role requires quick decision-making, effective communication, and adherence to hospital protocols and ethical practices. Qualifications Proficiency in medical diagnosis, patient management, and ICU procedures.Strong understanding of critical care protocols and emergency response skills.Excellent communication, teamwork, and decision-making skills to effectively collaborate with healthcare professionals.In-depth knowledge of patient monitoring, medication administration, and medical equipment usage relevant to ICU care.Completion of a medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) and residency in Critical Care or related specialization.Valid medical licensure to practice in Saudi Arabia and certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).Commitment to providing compassionate care and maintaining patient safety.
