Job Description

Job overview: We are seeking a skilled Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer to join our dynamic Information Security team. The IAM Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our identity and access management and privileges access management systems to ensure the security and efficiency of our IT infrastructure.Key Responsibilities:Design and Implementation: Develop and implement IAM solutions, including identity governance, access management, and privileged access management (PAM).System Management: Maintain and support IAM systems, ensuring they are up-to-date and functioning efficiently.IAM Solutions: Experience with IAM solutions like Active directory, Microsoft Entra ID or Azure Active Directory, OKTA Identity or One Identity.Access Control: Manage user access controls, including role-based access control (RBAC), single sign-on (SSO), and multi-factor authentication (MFA).Authentication Protocols: NTLM, LDAP, Kerberos, TACACS+, RADIUS, SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OIDC.Authorization Methodologies: RBAC, ABAC, DBAC, least privilege, need to know, Segregation of duties SoD.Auditing & Logging: Previous experience with SIEM solution integration for audit logging and monitoring.Security Compliance: Ensure IAM systems comply with security policies, standards, and regulations.Incident Response: Respond to and resolve IAM-related security incidents and issues.Collaboration: Work closely with IT, security, and business teams to understand and address IAM needs.Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for IAM processes and systems.Privileged Access Management (PAM) Responsibilities:Design and Implementation: Design, implement, and manage PAM solutions to secure privileged accounts and access.PAM Solutions: Experience with PAM solutions like Beyond Trust, CyberArk or One Identity.Access Reviews: Conduct regular reviews of privileged access to ensure compliance with security policies.Monitoring and Auditing: Monitor and audit privileged access activities to detect and respond to suspicious behavior.Access approvals: manage and implement access requests and approval according to approval workflow.Policy Development: Develop and enforce policies and procedures for managing privileged access.Training and Awareness: Provide training and awareness programs for users with privileged access to ensure they understand security best practices.Tool Integration: Integrate PAM tools with other security and IT management systems to enhance overall security posture.Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience: 3+ years of experience in IAM or a related field.Technical Skills: Proficiency in IAM technologies such as Active Directory, LDAP, SAML, OAuth, and other IAM protocols.
