Identity Solution Architect (IGA / SailPoint)

We are looking for an experienced Identity Solution Architect to design and deliver enterprise-wide IGA solutions that enable secure, compliant, and scalable identity lifecycle management. This role is ideal for someone who combines deep technical expertise with strategic architectural vision, driving modernization of access governance across hybrid and cloud environments.Key Responsibilities:Lead architecture and delivery of SailPoint-based IGA solutions (IdentityNow or IdentityIQ)Define end-to-end identity lifecycle management and access governance frameworksIntegrate identity solutions with HR systems, directories, and cloud applicationsDesign and implement RBAC/ABAC models and policy-based automationEnsure alignment with Zero Trust principles and security compliance standardsCollaborate closely with security, DevOps, and application teams on scalable architectureRequired Skills & Technologies:SailPoint IdentityNow / IdentityIQAzure AD, Okta, Ping, or similar IAM toolsRBAC, ABAC, Zero Trust frameworksAzure / AWS cloud platformsActive Directory, LDAP, REST/SOAP APIsTerraform, Ansible, CI/CD pipelinesKnowledge of TOGAF or similar enterprise architecture frameworksFamiliarity with NIST, ISO 27001, or equivalent cybersecurity standardsExperience:8+ years in enterprise IT architecture4+ years in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)Proven experience leading large-scale identity or cloud integration projects If you think this is the right challenge for you, please send us a recent CV in English.
