Job ResponsibilityExplore small and medium sized businesses for financingOrganize sales call & visits and present company's financial products to potential clientsMaintain strong relationship with customers and other stakeholders with high level of integrityAchieve individual monthly target of sales and collectionEducational Requirements: Graduation degree in any field from a reputed universityExperience Requirements: Having prior experience in sales (Banking, FMCG, Micro-Finance, Insurance, and Pharmaceutical Industries) is preferred with proper understanding of NBFI or banking standards, products and services would be preferredSalary: Salary range is fixed as per the following grades.
Performers shall be eligible for sales incentives / commission in addition to the fixed salary as per company policy.
