About UsBaller Headwear is a caps manufacturer servicing foreign brands. We’re looking for IE Manager for improving production efficiency, optimizing manpower, and ensuring the factory meets cost, quality, and delivery targets through systematic process improvement and industrial engineering methods.What Will You InvolveDevelop and implement effective production methods, line layouts, and workflow to achieve productivity targets.Establish and maintain Standard Minute Values (SMV) for all garment operations.Analyze and balance production lines to maximize efficiency and minimize bottlenecks.Monitor actual performance versus planned efficiency; identify areas for improvement and corrective actions.Lead continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen.Collaborate with Production, Technical, and QA teams to improve quality and reduce rework or waste.Plan capacity and manpower allocation based on production forecast.Train and develop IE engineers and production staff on time study, motion study, and productivity tools.Prepare reports and data analysis for management decision-making.What We Need You HaveMinimum 5 years of experience in IE or production improvement in a garment factory.Strong knowledge of SMV calculation, line balancing, and garment manufacturing process.Hands-on experience with Lean tools and production optimization.Good command of English and proficiency in Excel / data analysis.Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.What We Offer YouSalary: NegotiableOne-month probationary period.Work MacBook provided.High social insurance contribution.13th-month salary bonus.Meal provided at the workplace.12 days of annual and public holiday leave.Team-building activities, weekly tea breaks, and internal events.A professional working environment with opportunities to use and improve English skills.
