Assist with the expansion and oversight of IGB Berhad’s portfolio by focusing on thorough feasibility studies, conducting detailed financial analysis and modelling, evaluating strategic acquisition and divestment proposals and developing strong investor relations to enhance portfolio value and support the company’s growth objectives. Job ResponsibilitiesResearch and analyze market trends in real estate sectors. Conduct studies and due diligence on potential strategic acquisitions to ensure alignment with company goals. Review divestment opportunities to optimize portfolio performance. Build financial models to evaluate asset performance and support feasibility studies. Prepare comprehensive proposals for management review.
Support investor engagement through investor decks, press releases and reports. Provide ad-hoc analytical and administrative support as required by management. Job QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Real Estate or a related field. A professional qualification (e. g. , CFA, ACCA) is an added advantage. At least 3 years of work experience in real estate, finance or investment management. Fundamental knowledge of and insight into property investment and investment management. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
