You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by: Providing legal support for renewable energy greenfield projects in Latvia, covering WTG/PV supply, EPC, BoP, TCM, FIDIC-based construction contracts, claims management, environmental, and commercial mattersDrafting and negotiating various project-related agreementsPreparing and implementing internal procedures to ensure compliance and effective risk mitigationLiaising with legal advisors, regulators, management, and other stakeholders on relevant legal issuesRequired for this position:
Master’s degree in lawAt least 3 years of experience in the legal field, preferably in construction and/or real estateProficiency in English and experience working with international teamsStrong interpersonal skills with a focus on supporting internal clients (e. g. , business teams)Ability to independently prioritize tasks and evaluate options to find effective solutionsExperience with FIDIC contracts or willingness to learnAbility to simplify complex legal issues and offer pragmatic, operational legal adviceIn return for creating a more sustainable future, we promise:
