Offering comprehensive legal advice to management and various departments on complex legal mattersDrafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of contracts and legal documentsManaging corporate governance and ensuring compliance with local and international regulationsRepresenting the company in legal proceedings, negotiations, and interactions with regulatory bodiesCollaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement legal strategies that support business objectivesDeveloping and maintaining strong relationships with external legal counsel and key stakeholdersRequired for this position:
Master's degree in LawMinimum of 5 years of experience in a senior legal role, preferably in a corporate settingIn-depth knowledge of Latvian legal system, regulations, and corporate lawProven track record in contract drafting, negotiation, and corporate governanceStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex legal issues and provide pragmatic solutions, attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills in both Latvian and English as this role involves regular communication with international colleagues and partnersIn return for creating a more sustainable future, we promise:
