You will play a key role in ensuring the efficient utilization of supply vessels while upholding a strong safety culture. Responsibilities Develop and execute sailing plans to meet customer requirements. Manage vessel portfolios and exercise decision-making authority. Coordinate closely with offshore installations, vessels, and supply bases. Lead daily operational and coordination meetings. Ensure the efficient utilization of our supply vessel resources.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics discipline. Participate in an on-call duty rotation. Required expertise Bachelor's or Master's degree; a specialization in logistics is an advantage. Relevant work experience is highly desirable. Strong risk assessment capabilities and a holistic operational perspective. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive improvements. Proven ability to manage operational challenges in a dynamic environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience with Kabal software is beneficial, but not a requirement.
