VP Marketing – Fast-Growing B2B AI Data CompanyA rapidly growing B2B technology company specializing in data foundations for AI agents is seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President of Marketing to lead our marketing organization and drive the next phase of growth. We provide go-to-market data and infrastructure designed to power context-aware AI products and strategies. Our platform harmonizes diverse data sources to deliver high-quality, structured, and trustworthy insights — enabling businesses to build intelligent systems that drive measurable growth.

In this role, you will be responsible for shaping our brand, designing and executing the marketing strategy, and leading initiatives that boost brand awareness, generate high-quality leads, and support overall business objectives. Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Leadership – Develop and lead the company’s marketing strategy, aligning it with business goals; provide visionary leadership to the marketing team, set clear objectives, and foster innovation and collaboration. Brand Development – Build and maintain a strong, differentiated brand identity; ensure consistent messaging; position the company as a thought leader in AI data and infrastructure.

Content Marketing – Oversee creation of high-quality content (blogs, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, videos) and develop distribution strategies to maximize reach and engagement. Lead Generation – Implement targeted demand generation programs; partner closely with sales to ensure smooth lead conversion. Digital Marketing – Manage SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns; track KPIs and optimize based on performance data. Public Relations & Communications – Build strong relationships with industry analysts, influencers, media outlets, and strategic partners. Team Management – Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of learning and growth.

Budget Management – Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal use of resources. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred). 8+ years of experience in B2B technology marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Proven track record in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive significant growth. Deep understanding of the B2B data and AI ecosystem. Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills. Experience with marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, and CRM systems. Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for innovation.
