School of PsychologyFixed Term, part-time appointment (12 months, 0. 6 FTE/21 hours per week)Level 8/9: $117,918 - $146,302 (pro rata) + 17% Superannuation About The AreaThe School of Psychology provides education and training in psychology through bachelor’s degree programs and advanced professional and clinical training leading to registration by the Psychology Board of Australia. The school conducts nationally and internationally recognised research on basic and applied psychological issues, including through the supervision of higher research degree students. The School’s courses are accredited by the Australian Psychology Accreditation Council.

About The RoleThe Placement Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the coordination, administration, and quality assurance of student placements across accredited psychology programs. This position ensures that all placements meet academic and professional standards, delivering enriching learning experiences in alignment with Australian Psychology Accreditation Council (APAC) guidelines.

As a key member of the Clinical and Professional Psychology teaching team, the successful candidate will provide high-quality individual and group clinical supervision to postgraduate trainees, support and train external placement supervisors, and contribute to student teaching.
