This role is strategic in nature, involving the planning, coordination, and implementation of ILS strategies to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of logistics processes.ResponsibilitiesPlan, control, and implement ILS activitiesDevelop and maintain ILS strategies and documentationAnalyze maintenance requirements and define appropriate measuresCoordinate with internal and external stakeholdersSupport projects with logistical expertiseEnsure compliance with relevant norms and standardsEssential Skills & ExperienceDegree in technical studies (e.g. mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering)Professional experience in Integrated Logistics Support or related fieldsKnowledge of relevant norms and standards (e.g. MIL-STD, DEF-STAN)Strong analytical and communication skillsFluency in German and EnglishMust be Swiss or EU passport holder, or valid Swiss permit holder.Ability to work independently and collaborativelyDesirable Skills & ExperienceFamiliarity with the logistics processes of Army Logistics Base (LBA)Military background as a senior officer or non-commissioned officerIf you are a talented and motivated individual with a passion for logistics and defense, our Client encourages you to apply for the role of ILS Manager.
