With our new branch in Dammam, we continue to expand our presence and serve clients across Saudi Arabia with reliable and advanced construction solutions.Role Description:This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accountant located in Dammam. The Accountant will be responsible for managing daily accounting activities, including bookkeeping, preparing financial reports, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations. The role will also involve budgeting, financial analysis, and assisting with audits.Key Responsibilities:Handle complete accounting operations using (Smart Life) ERP system.Manage ZATCA e-invoicing requirements and compliance.Prepare and record journal entries, and manage the full accounting cycle.Perform reconciliation of accounts payable and receivable.Issue, review, and track sales and purchase invoices.Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper filing of documents.Handle bank reconciliations, payments, deposits, and petty cash management.Follow up on client payments and collections in coordination with the sales team.Monitor inventory and cost of goods sold, ensuring proper integration with the accounting system.Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings and prepare related financial reports.Communicate effectively with suppliers, banks, and external auditors.Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Minimum 1–2 years of experience in accounting (preferably in construction or trading sector).Proficiency in Smart Life or similar accounting software (ERP systems).Strong knowledge of ZATCA e-invoicing, VAT, and Saudi accounting regulations.Good understanding of inventory accounting and cost control.Excellent command of Arabic and English (spoken and written).Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical skills.Immediate availability to join.Qualifications:Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Knowledge of budgeting and financial analysisExperience with audits and ensuring compliance with accounting regulationsProblem-solving attitude and proactive approach.Experience in preparing monthly management reports and summaries for senior management.Please note: Immediate joining is required — we are looking for someone who does not require a notice period from their current company.
