Meet our Operations team at the Berlin venue.What’s Your Mission? As an IKONIC Staff member, you play a key role in ensuring our customers' satisfaction. With your intuitive understanding, you anticipate their needs even before they realize them. Supported by your Store Manager, you expertly match those needs with the right products and services. Your primary goal is to warmly welcome and assist gallery visitors, ensuring a high-quality experience for everyone.What You’ll Do: Warmly host all visitors, both individual guests and corporate groups, with professionalism and enthusiasm. Guide guests through the immersive exhibition, offering key details that enhance their experience. Assist with ticket purchases and reservations made online or through partners. Operate the cash register with accuracy and efficiency. Help keep the Venue clean, in good repair, and fully operational. Keep the venue store tidy, stocked, and inviting. Support all aspects of the visitor journey, adapting to different group needs. Respond to visitors’ questions and concerns in person, by email, or by phone. Help prepare and reset rooms for different sessions or private events. Always maintain exhibition areas in excellent condition. Contribute to a calm, organized flow of visitors throughout the experience. Invite guests to share feedback after their visit is complete. What sets you apart: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Resilient in handling daily challenges. Collaborative team player. Ability to provide clear and concise explanations. Capable of assisting in setting up exhibitions. Attention to detail in all tasks. Able to perform actions such as bending over or lifting things. A responsible attitude, you're friendly and polite. Demonstrate tremendous passion and energy for your work. Able to adapt to flexible schedules. What you bring: Prior experience and knowledge in customer service.Proficient in cash handling.Fluency in English and German, minimum level fluent-upper B2.
