The Firm pays for 100% paid health insurance, 401(k) and other PEO benefits. ResponsibilitiesThis is a full-time on-site role for an Experienced Immigration Attorney with a J.D. degree, law license and Immigration law experience. Consulting with clients and providing legal advice and representation, client representation in various immigration matters and legal matters, including preparation and filing of legal documents, memos, research, petitions and applications, lawsuits, complaints, etc., representing clients before U.S. Federal Courts and courts of appeals around the country, USCIS, DOS, EOIR, DHS, ICE, CBP, DOL and other agencies, talking with clients and potential clients in person, over the telephone and online (Zoom, Teams, etc.), provide case strategy, collaborate and instruct other attorneys and paralegals, review of paralegal and attorney work, preparing clients for government interviews and court hearings and attending them with clients as may be necessary, and any other duties that may be deemed necessary by the firmQualificationsMust relocate to Atlanta, GA area (this is not a remote position)Law license in a U.S. stateMinimum 5 years in-depth immigration law experience
