If so, this could be the next exciting step in your career.Create solutions that enable a better tomorrowWe are seeking an Immigration Consultant to join COWI's Labour Relations and Mobility team within the Group HR function. In this role, you will primarily ensure compliance with Danish immigration regulations for employees relocating to Denmark. You will be part of a team, collaborating on managing immigration cases, international and Danish contracts, A1 applications, and more. We are looking for a collaborative individual with a genuine interest and capability to continually expand their knowledge in this area.Furthermore, on a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:Applying for work permits in DenmarkEnsure compliance with Posted Workers and Hiring out of Labour regulationsHandling short term assignmentsAd hoc administrative workCompliance with administration and global mobility processesContribute to mobility-related projects and process improvementYour skills. You remain receptive, never set in your ways, and continuously seek new insights and ways to improve.On top of that, you will have:Approximately 2-4 years of experience with Danish Immigration along with an interest in working with Immigration, Global Mobility and Labour Relations, including employment contracts. An in-depth understanding of how to maintain and create company policies and guidelinesExperience or a keen interest in managing projects related to the administrative areas.
