Job Duties: - Perform legal and factual research;- Assist clients in understanding and navigating the complexities of immigration procedures and requirements;- Organize and analyze information;- Provide timely updates and advice on how these changes may affect ongoing and future projects. - Managing and organizing case files and documentation;- Check and edit legal forms and documents for accuracy;- Filling out immigration forms;- Prepare legal documents, such as briefs, motions, and appeals;- Assist Uzbek-speaking clients in understanding and navigating the complexities of immigration procedures and requirements, ensuring clear communication and support throughout theimmigration process.
- Prepare and maintain evidence and documents if additional information is requested by the U. S. Department of Homeland Security. Special requirements: - Master's degree in Law (LL. M. , JD or equivalent degree)- Must be fluent in Uzbek.
