We operate transparently, celebrate big wins loudly, and back our people with the best tech, training, and support in the industry.If you want a career where your work literally changes people’s lives, this is it.Role DescriptionWe are looking for a dynamic Immigration & Recruitment Consultant who thrives in a fast-paced, people-centric environment.In this role, you will:Engage warm immigration leads from our website (no cold calling from scratch)Run high-quality discovery calls, assess eligibility, and guide clients through their migration optionsSource, screen, and qualify global candidates for overseas job placementsBuild strong relationships with international employers, from HR teams to CEOsConduct interviews, prepare candidates for roles abroad, and ensure alignment between client needs and candidate skillsEducate clients on visa pathways, timelines, and requirementsHit achievable sales targets and manage your pipeline with precisionBecome a trusted advisor who blends consultation, strategy, and genuine human connectionWork closely with our team to expand into new sectors, new countries, and exciting new projectsEvery day is different. Every placement changes a life.QualificationsWe’re looking for someone who brings energy, curiosity, and drive:Experience in Sales, Recruitment, or a client-facing consulting environmentStrong interviewing skills and the ability to connect with people quicklyExcellent communication. We are looking for diamonds OR diamonds in the rough.Bulding your pipeline will take time but on-target-earnings when you are established can easily equate to a minimum of R20,000 in commission right up to R100k in commission depending on what you make of this.
