Senior management consultant within strategy and transformation

We are looking for a colleague who will create a significant impact for our clients and be a key person in our growing Norwegian and Scandinavian strategy team. Being a key player in developing our Norwegian strategy consulting businessOverall responsibility for consistently excellent delivery of client assignments in different industries and creating impact for our clients by supporting them through the transformationManagement of stakeholders at all relevant levels of the client organisationTraining and developing consultants on and off projectsBuilding own client relationships with current and prospective clientsWe are looking for someone whoHolds at least one relevant master’s degree with excellent results, e. g.

in business, economics and/or engineeringHas 7-10 years of experience; a minimum of three years as a project manager from another consultancy company within strategy consulting. Experience working in a similar industry is an advantageIs a true functional and/or sector expert within their field of expertise with the ability to translate knowledge into client solutionsHas experience from several of the following types of projects:

company strategy development and execution, turnaround, commercial due diligence and business developmentHas the ability to establish good cooperation with clients at all organisational levels and is the top management’s trusted advisorHas strong sales capabilitiesHas strong process and project management skills and experienceHas the ability and the desire to manage and develop other peopleYou are passionate about creating results, and you believe in an appreciative approach in the execution of change. You have strong analytical and communication skills and the ability to know what is important to the client and why.

You also have the ability to understand people in the client organisation in order to identify how to create Change with Impact. You respect others for who they are. You are empathetic and create positive energy in the work environment.
