We believe that for us to be truly successful, and for our customers to get the true value of AI, we need to integrate our platform deep into our customers existing infrastructure. This is where you come in.You will work directly with customers to understand their technical requirements, deploy our platform, and build custom integrations that ensure our AI capabilities become an integral part of their day to day.Who You AreYou have 2+ years of experience in technical implementation, solutions engineering, or similar customer-facing technical rolesYou possess strong technical skills with experience in enterprise infrastructure, APIs, and integration patternsYou're a problem solver who thrives on tackling complex technical challengesYou have excellent communication skills in English, with additional European languages being a strong plusYou're passionate about AI and its practical applications in solving real business problemsYou're willing to travel in order to fulfill your responsibilitiesKey ResponsibilitiesYou will be instrumental in ensuring our customers successfully deploy and adopt our platform. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and our ability to embed our solution.
