You’ll collaborate across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to turn complex requirements into clear, actionable plans that deliver results.You have experience managing SaaS or API-based implementations, thrive in dynamic startup environments, and know how to keep projects moving even when priorities shift. You’re equally comfortable diving into technical details and building strong relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure every launch is a success.What You’ll DoLead the end-to-end onboarding of FinTech and Bank partners onto the Synctera platform, serving as the primary point of contact from contract signature through launchBuild trust with clients through transparent communication, proactive risk management, and creative problem-solvingManage multiple concurrent implementations, providing technical guidance and training to ensure a seamless transitionConfigure and integrate Synctera products to meet partner requirements, including payment rails, card programs, and API connectionsCollaborate closely with Product and Engineering to relay client feedback, resolve issues, and influence product enhancementsDevelop and maintain onboarding documentation, training resources, and internal playbooks to improve scalability and consistencyBecome a subject matter expert on the Synctera platform–empowering clients to maximize its full potentialWhat You’ll Bring5+ years of experience leading technical or integration projects, ideally within FinTech, payments, banking, or SaaS environmentsPrior experience working with API-based integrations and external client implementationsStrong client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business termsProven success managing cross-functional initiatives, balancing multiple priorities, and driving outcomes in fast-paced, startup settingsA proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Comfort working through ambiguity and making informed decisions with limited guidanceA collaborative and resilient approach that fosters trust, accountability, and resultsDiversity & InclusionSynctera is committed to having a workforce that is reflective of the diversity within the United States and Canada. The range informed in this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries across all US and Canadian locations.
