Implementation Project ManagerServe as an Implementation Project Manager (HANDS-ON) for the Digital Technology (DT) Integrated Quality Team. Focus on Inspection Technology and Process Capability, supporting the standardization, maturity, and continuous improvement of QC-Calc., a 3rd party Statistical Process Capability (SPC) enterprise application used to validate conformity of jet engine components and assemblies and reduce manufacturing defects. Support QC-Calc implemented at 25 sites and lead new site implementations of QC-Calc.General skills:Data familiarity – SQL databases, understands DBMS concepts, SSMS or Dbeaver experienceData visualization – scoping, ideating, and creating data visualizationsGeneral IT skills – AWS (EC2, RDS, S3) familiarity, remotely connecting to serversDomain manufacturing/inspection data (ability to learn a new domain quickly)Project management – organized, tracks timelines, understands dependencies, detail orientedCommunication – good written and verbal English communication skills
