Our commitment to innovation, customer-centricity, and operational excellence drives everything we do.Role DescriptionThe Imported Car Sales Consultant at Pantai Bharu is responsible for driving vehicle sales, mentoring junior sales staff, and ensuring exceptional customer engagement. You will guide customers in selecting suitable models, conduct product presentations and test drives, support team development, and maintain strong post-sales relationships to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities1. Customer Engagement & SalesGreet and assist customers professionally and courteously.Understand customer needs, preferences, and budget to recommend suitable vehicles and services.Conduct product presentations, arrange test drives, and explain financing options.Achieve or exceed monthly sales KPIs.Provide after-sales support and assist customers with any concerns.2. Mentoring & Team SupportSupport junior Sales Advisors with product knowledge and sales guidance.Assist Team Leader in onboarding and training new recruits.Provide coaching and feedback to strengthen team performance.3. Showroom & CoordinationMaintain showroom vehicle display and ensure overall cleanliness.Support marketing activities, promotions, and roadshows.Coordinate with the Sales Team to ensure smooth day-to-day showroom operations.4. Reporting & DevelopmentUpdate CRM and sales reports accurately and on time.Share competitor updates, customer behaviour patterns, and market insights with the Team Leader and Sales Manager.Assist in identifying improvement opportunities to enhance sales efficiency.QualificationsMinimum SPM/STPM/Diploma; Degree is an added advantage.Experience in automotive sales or customer-facing roles is preferred (fresh grads encouraged).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Basic understanding of sales processes, customer handling, and CRM systems (training provided).Possess a valid driving license.Positive attitude, disciplined, and eager to learn.What You Will GainCompetitive basic salary + high commission structure.Monthly incentives and performance rewards.Full training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer management.Career progression opportunities (Advisor → Senior Advisor → Team Leader → Sales Manager).Exposure to marketing events, roadshows, and industry activities.Supportive team environment with continuous coaching and learning.Opportunity to build long-term customer relationships and strong personal branding in the automotive field.
