In-House Counsel - Technology Transactions

Crosby A.I., backed by top investors like Sequoia Capital and Bain Capital Ventures, is a successful, well funded startup building both an agentic AI tool to assist with contract automation, as well as the law firm that uses those tools. Instead of selling our proprietary technology to other firms we are competing with them by providing fast, efficient contract negotiation to high growth companies with lean legal teams. The entire process at Crosby is overseen by elite in-house lawyers ensuring quality and efficiency.We're seeking driven IP Transactional BigLaw attorneys to be the face of our legal function: meet and on-board clients, own the client relationship, shape our A.I. tools by consulting with our engineers, review and be the final backstop for all IP/tech agreements reviewed by our in-house attorneys.You'll join a great culture while maintaining quality work, with no billable hours. The ability to communicate legal concepts to non-lawyers (such as our engineers) and to mentor more junior attorneys.Business-minded, "Deal Attorneys" who can be client facing.Can be admitted to the bar in any state (relocation assistance available).
