Inbound Sales Representative / Hiring Associate*I am hiring for one person to start in January, February, March 2026*Overview: Insight Global is one of the world's largest staffing firms, dedicated to making hiring easy for our clients. As we continue to grow, we are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Hiring Associates.Role Purpose: The purpose of the Hiring Associate role is to build the foundation for a successful sales career at Insight Global. As a Hiring Associate, you will learn all about staffing and our services, and how to sell them to current and future clients. You will play the role of matchmaker for companies and candidates by reviewing resumes, conducting phone interviews, preparing candidates to meet hiring managers, and ultimately negotiating job offers to get them hired.Responsibilities:Review resumes from our internal database and online job boards.Conduct phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.Prepare candidates for interviews with hiring managers.Negotiate job offers and facilitate the hiring process.Collaborate with mentors and team members to learn and grow in the role.Participate in Insight Global's cutting-edge training program, The IG Way.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Charisma, drive, and grit to succeed in a sales-oriented role.Previous experience in sales or recruiting is a plus, but not required.Career Path: The average employee spends approximately six months in the Hiring Associate role before enrolling in the Hiring Partner in Training (HPT) program. The next 8 to 12 weeks will be spent applying the skills and knowledge learned to real-world scenarios with future clients. Upon promotion, Account Managers will receive a base salary increase, monthly car and cell allowance, as well as uncapped commission paid weekly.The average employee in the company makes:Year 2: $73,000-$88,000Year 3: $121,000-$145,000Year 4: $135,000-$194,000Account Managers and Professional Recruiters have the opportunity to win annual sales contests that include an all-expenses paid trip to the Bahamas, LTIPs, and a cash bonus starting at $7,500- $10,000
