Reply to customer calls in a courteous manner in line with established procedures and guidelines.Respond to customer inquiries and provide a satisfactory response and information.Respond to customer complaints in a courteous manner and refer appropriately.Record call information and logs so that accurate contact history is maintained for all customers.Follow-up required actions and ensure they are completed in line with established guidelines.Promptly report any issues requiring attention from direct supervisors.
