This role is all about rewarding people, celebrating achievements, strengthening loyalty, and creating once-in-a-lifetime group travel experiences that inspire and connect.Whether it’s a beachfront welcome dinner, a customized cultural excursion, or a flawlessly executed farewell gala, the Event Manager ensures every touchpoint feels personal, purposeful, and unforgettable. From the first invitation to the final departure, they lead the planning and execution of programs that reflect our values, elevate our brand, and Produce Greatness, all while ensuring guests feel recognized, supported, and celebrated every step of the way.As our Incentive Event Manager, you will:Plan and execute all operational aspects of incentive programs, including destination selection, venue coordination, hotel blocks, group air and ground transportation, F&B, gifting, registration, staffing, and on-site logistics.Lead attendee communications across every stage of the journey, from invitation and trip qualification to travel support, concierge services, and post-program follow-up.Create guest experience strategies that prioritize comfort, personalization, accessibility, and cultural sensitivity for diverse and high-performing groups.Manage vendor partnerships, negotiate luxury contracts, monitor budgets, and ensure compliance with travel regulations, insurance, health & safety, and international requirements.Collaborate with internal teams and clients to integrate branded touchpoints, curated excursions, surprise-and-delight moments, and thoughtful design throughout the program.Execute onsite with calm professionalism and warmth, ensuring guests feel celebrated, supported, and inspired every step of the way.Are you the one we are looking for? The ideal candidate for this role will have: Skills/StrengthsStrong project management skills with the ability to lead complex, multi-day incentive programs across destinations and time zones.Excellent communicator and natural collaborator, with a client-first mindset, with industry knowledge and experience of standard practices.Proactive problem-solver with a calm, solutions-oriented approach onsite and off, with the ability to prioritize both big picture and detailed tasks, especially in high-pressure, guest-facing environments.Deep understanding of attendee flow and design, guest journey mapping, room blocks, excursions, transportation, gifting, and concierge service planning.Confident managing budgets, negotiating with vendors, and upholding high standards for brand, experience, compliance, and fiscal responsibility.Education/Experience 3–5 years of experience managing incentive travel programs, large-scale events, or luxury group experiences.Demonstrated experience in attendee logistics, group travel, destination management, and hospitality services.Post-secondary diploma or degree in Event Planning, Hospitality & Tourism, or a related discipline.Experience working in fast-paced, client-focused, and high-touch environments.CMP certification or incentive travel certification (CITE, CIS, or similar) is an asset.What is it like to work at ELP?Our Core ValuesOur company’s success stems from our unwavering commitment to the core values shared by every member of our incredibly talented team.To be successful in our organization, you will foster trust, grow your knowledge, be thoughtful in your actions and words, and communicate with clarity in a fun and rewarding position.VisionaryWe think bigger about how to produce greatness – from strategy and process to production and innovation.
