From their offices in downtown Vancouver and Victoria, they deliver a full range of architectural, planning, and interior design services, and are widely recognized for their work in retail, residential, mixed-use, office, and senior health-care projects. They are dedicated to high-quality design, exceptional client service, and the integration of sustainable principles in every project.They are currently seeking an Intermediate Interior Designer to join their Vancouver team. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical ability, excellent design sensibility, and experience working within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.Required Skills & ExperienceCompletion of a certified Interior Design program from a professionally recognized institution; a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design is an asset.Minimum 5 years of experience with a multidisciplinary architectural or interior design firm.Proficiency with AutoCAD and SketchUp; experience with Revit, Enscape, Photoshop, or InDesign is an asset.Strong portfolio showcasing work in commercial tenant improvements, multi-family residential, and hospitality projects.Demonstrated experience preparing and assembling drawing packages from design concept through BP, tender, and IFC.Skilled in construction and millwork detailing.Ability to source and specify interior finishes.Experience preparing documentation, coordinating with consultants, and submitting building permit applications across various municipalities.Familiarity with the 2024 BC Building Code.Excellent graphic, presentation, and communication skills (written and verbal).Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.Effective time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Ability to demonstrate alignment with the firm's core values and guiding principles.What They OfferAn engaging, energetic work environment with an approachable leadership team.A culture that values client service, design excellence, communication, integrity, and teamwork.Social company culture including Friday socials, team events, and annual family-friendly activities.Health benefits and access to on-site gym facilities.Community involvement through charitable giving and participation in local events and causes.
