Any book size is welcome—we value real relationships, ethics, and long-term thinking.What you’ll doBring and care for HNW / family relationships (FO-lite, multi-custody).Coordinate onboarding (target ≤30 business days) and consolidated reporting.Work with our custody partners (CH/Dubai/USA) and internal teams.Offer public market strategies and alternatives aligned with client goals and risk.Operate with a client-first, compliance-first mindset.Who you areEither 3+ years in wealth/private banking/advisory or a strong network of potential clients.Entrepreneurial partner mindset (not employee mentality).Strong communication; Spanish & English (Portuguese/German a plus).Familiar with LatAm / Switzerland / MENA / USA (nice to have).Compensation — 100% Variable, Equitable Revenue ShareTransparent revenue share on net revenues (no fixed salary).Indicative range (role/scope dependent): 30–50% of net revenue, renewed annually while the relationship is jointly serviced.
