In all models, you will feel the full support of RGP to assist you in your work and guide you on your chosen path.ATTRIBUTES OF CONSULTANTS WITH RGPRespect for people and opinions and confidently offer your point-of-view with clients and among colleaguesA drive for proactively cultivating relationships with clients and colleaguesOptimism when faced with challenges and complex situations, coupled with the drive to solve client issuesDedication to continuous improvement and development of your skillset and talentsA strong personal identification with RGP’s values – loyalty, integrity, focus, enthusiasm, accountability and talentKEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLEThe Indirect Procurement Subject Matter Expert will be responsible for supporting the deployment of the process optimization roadmap, including process design input for the indirect procurements processes.This role will be working closely with the Requisition to Pay (RTP) Operations teams and a wide range of business partners globally and will provide expertise and input into process and technology design to support indirect procurement processes.Support definition of process/technology requirements for indirect procurement, providing input on local requirements/considerationsManage change control process with technology teams and RTP OperationsEnsure adoption of new processes and support local teams on process/technology implementation, including end user trainingProvide guidance and insights on system reporting/metrics, defining continuous improvement opportunitiesEnsure compliance of indirect procurement processes/technology, considering where controls should be embeddedDevelop and maintain desktop procedures for indirect procurement processesCreate testing plan and coordinate execution within region for indirect procurement systems, including integration with SAPDESIRED EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTSA minimum of a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business managementA minimum of 4+ years of relevant experienceFluency in English is requiredKnowledge and understanding of indirect procurement processesKnowledge of end-to-end process design, process improvement, systems improvement, and process controlsUnderstanding of finance principles including financial controlsDetailed oriented and structured in the approach to workWorking knowledge of Procurement systems (SAP, Ariba etc.) is preferredExperience with transformational programs or enterprise-wide change initiativesOTHER DETAILS:Work Setup: Hybrid (2-3x weekly onsite in Paranaque, but will move to BGC in 2026)Work Schedule: Mid shiftEqual Opportunity EmployerRGP is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
