We are plenty of opportunities to grow and develop in a truly dynamic and easy-going environment.About The OpportunityThe role is to oversee purchasing and define strategies for assigned categories across the organization to achieve optimal cost and quality outcomes. Develop action plans that engage continuous improvement while creating synergies. Present these plans and assist execution.Your Role and Impact Identify and evaluate new supply alternatives for indirect spending. Responsible for coordinating and processing orders for the engineering store. Develop and implement purchasing strategies for indirect materials and services and focus on cost savings. Negotiate optimal outcomes about cost and service quality. Manage internal and external supplier complaints and resolve issues effectively.Your eligibility Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or a related field. Minimum of 3 years’ hands-on experience as a buyer in indirect purchases of goods and services, such as machine spare parts and related industrial components. Sound knowledge of engineering tools and equipment used in heavy machinery. Strong grasp of procurement strategies, supplier management, and market analysis. Proficiency in negotiation, communication and teamwork across departments (e.g., Production, Maintenance). Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail. Understanding of compliance and financial principles.
