Update new booking on systemPlace booking to Airlines/CarriersRelease booking to shipperCoordinate with broker/carrier for cargo check-inIssue draft HAWB/HBL and checking draft MAWB/MBLUpload pre-alert and do finalize shipment plan in systemSubmit costing and issue PL sheet to FIN teamChecking rate airfreight with carriergiving new idea & find out new techniques to ensure a smooth handling for team Comply with Company policyWork directly with FIN team for invoice issue and work directly with OPS team for clearance documents issue. Communicate with supplier/customer for export operationJob Requirements:

Able to use English for business communication, other language is a plus. Good computer skill (Ms. Office, internet, and Typing)Min 1- 2 years experiences in logistics Sea/Air OperationHard-working, punctual and result-oriented person. Willing to learn and do extra job to gain more knowledge. Working Condition: Monday to Friday + Saturday (half day)Working time: 8: 00 AM to 5: 30 PMHoliday, in accordance with Ministry of Labor Announcement and codeLocation: 1406 Floor ,Flatiron By Meridian Building, Boeng Kak, Phnom PenhBenefits: Accident InsuranceHealth InsuranceYear-end BonusAnnual trip and Annual PartyAnnual Health checkComply with Cambodia Labor Law
