Help build winning proposals to regional leadersImplement vertical initiatives across life science – Research & Academia, F&B, Industrial, Pharma, Healthcare e.g. KoL development, collecting Voice of Customer, training, establishing reference labsWork closely with regional marketing and commercial teams to ensure strategic alignment and drive growthEnsure accurate tracking and reporting of all business development activitiesManage the sales bookings and revenue forecasting process for predictable businessPerformance measurement closely tied to revenue performance.EducationMin. Bachelor of Science degree in Life Science or equivalent field5+ years of experience in leading local distributors within the life science industryPrior experience in selling directly or managing a sales team in Singapore will be advantageousStrong business insightsStrong communication and presentation skillsAbility to read, write and converse in EnglishKnowledge, Skills, AbilitiesHighly motivated and resourceful individual who is driven by resultsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with constantly evolving dynamicsEffective great team player who needs to be comfortable working in a highly matrix organizationAn ability to think strategically and the ability to transform strategy into performed tasksIndependent and organized to work efficiently in a lean environmentPhysical Requirements / Work EnvironmentWorking in a commercial office setting with high frequency of customer visits.
