Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Maluri for an Indoor Theme Park Crew. Responsibilities include engaging with guests to ensure an enjoyable experience, maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the theme park, operating rides or attractions, and assisting in crowd control and guest inquiries. The role also involves adhering to safety protocols and providing exceptional customer service at all times. Qualifications Strong customer service skills, including effective communication and a friendly attitudeAbility to follow safety protocols and manage operational tasks such as operating rides or attractionsTeamwork skills to collaborate efficiently with other crew members and supervisorsBasic skills in problem-solving and adaptability to handle guest inquiries and challengesProficiency in spoken languages relevant to the location is an added advantageWillingness to work weekends, holidays, and in a high-paced and physically demanding environmentPrevious experience in customer-facing or entertainment roles is a plus
