Administration of Integrity lineOrganization and conduction of internal investigations on issues reportedControl over the implementation of the recommendations of the Ethics CommitteeImprovement of the Whistleblower systemSupport in the organization and conduction of the Ethics Committee meetingsDevelopment and conduction of Whistleblower system trainings for employeesOrganization and conduction of workshops for responsible unitsMaintain documentation and records of investigations conductedEnsuring compliance with local acts and applicable legislation, as well as the company’s compliance with laws and regulatory requirements in the field of Whistleblower systemConduction onboarding trainings for newcomersParticipation in Compliance site visitMaintain confidentiality and protect information obtained during internal investigations in accordance with applicable laws and company policiesRequirements:
