Industrial Cost Accountant & Warehouse Manager

Position Title : Industrial Cost Accountant & Warehouse Manager Purpose of PositionResponsible for overseeing all warehouse operations (main warehouse and branches), ensuring efficient inventory management, and implementing inventory control using the Odoo ERP system. The role also includes monitoring and analyzing industrial costs (raw materials, operations, and waste) to ensure accurate product costing and improved manufacturing cost efficiency.. MainResponsibilitiesFull supervision of all factory warehouses (main and branches), ensuring unified operational procedures and policies.Monitor accurate and efficient receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials and finished goods.Manage and maintain the Odoo ERP system to ensure accurate inventory data and integration with industrial costing.Develop and execute both periodic and surprise inventory counts, analyzing results to resolve discrepancies.Monitor inventory levels and determine minimum/maximum thresholds to prevent shortages or overstocking.Track daily raw material consumption and production output, comparing with planned quantities to identify variances.Prepare and analyze industrial cost reports (materials, operations, waste) in coordination with Finance and Production departments.Calculate final product costs based on actual expenses and monitor changes in production cost.Prepare a comprehensive monthly report covering warehouse performance, inventory status, and industrial cost analysis for the Factory Manager.Develop and enhance warehouse workflows to ensure speed, accuracy, and operational discipline.Supervise and train warehouse staff to improve performance and efficiency.Maintain continuous coordination with Production, Procurement, and Accounting departments to ensure smooth operations.Implement warehouse safety and security procedures aligned with quality and safety standards.Participate in preparing the department’s budget and analyze monthly variances between actual and planned costs.Oversee routine maintenance of warehouse facilities and equipment to ensure continuous operational readiness.CompetenciesStrong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.Analytical mindset with strong data analysis and decision-making capabilities.Excellent organizational and time management skills with a focus on results and continuous improvement.Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably Odoo.Experience with inventory control systems and data entry applications.Advanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills.Awareness of latest trends and technologies in warehouse management.
