Industrial Designer

Our client is seeking an innovative Industrial Designer / CAD Designer to bring creative and functional product concepts to life. The ideal candidate combines design thinking, technical precision, and 3D modeling expertise to develop products that are both aesthetically appealing and manufacturable.Responsibilities:Design and develop products from concept through to production, balancing form, function, and user experience.Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D CAD models using software such as SolidWorks, Rhino, AutoCAD, or Fusion 360.Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and manufacturers to refine designs for feasibility and cost efficiency.Conduct research on materials, trends, and user needs to inform product design decisions.Prepare presentation renderings, prototypes, and technical documentation for internal reviews and client presentations.Support testing, iteration, and continuous improvement of design concepts.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.8-10+ years of experience in industrial or CAD design (consumer products, furniture, automotive, or similar fields).Proficiency in CAD and visualization tools (SolidWorks, KeyShot, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite).Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and design for manufacturability.Excellent communication and presentation skills.A strong portfolio demonstrating creative and technical design work.
