We are looking for an Industrial Engineering Co-op to support our retail operations and store efficiency projects.In this role, you will assist in analyzing workflows, collecting data, improving efficiency, and helping teams solve operational challenges.This is a hands-on learning opportunity where you'll gain real experience in productivity improvement, KPI tracking, layout optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ideal for a student eager to apply classroom knowledge in a real work environment.RequirementsCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related fieldStrong skills in Excel (pivot tables, basic formulas, charts) Familiarity with data analysis tools: Power BI, Tableau, or similar Basic knowledge of time & motion studies or productivity analysisStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsDetail-oriented and comfortable working with dataWillingness to spend time on the shop floor to observe and collect data
