What will you do?Manage the distributors and Industrial Reseller to achieve yearly target to the assigned marketSales activity development to Distributor, and Industrial Reseller to drive both Push and Pull actionsBuild a strong and wide coverage of Industrial Reseller and Pannel Builder networkMaximize the technical competency for Industrial Automation Distributor / Industrial ResellerBuild and maintain relationships with medium contractors, project owners, consultants.Job description Sales planning and activitiesPlan sales activities and develop necessary action plans to ensure that order/sales targets are accomplished.Promote products and solutionsOrganize Product presentation and provide necessary training to customers.Promotion and Push pull actionsCooperate with PM to implement promotion campaign toward customers. Lead or cooperate with team and to execute assigned Push, pull actions. Channel developmentDevelop customer database (Distributor, dealer, contractor, investor) and develop action plan for each customer or each customer type. Ensure continuity of effective communication with customers. Perform customer mapping and identify key decision makers.Market intelligenceAble to gather specific information (competitors product offer, price, promotion, delivery, credit policy,… ) to report to Manager and PM and able to adapt effectively to the change of market situationOrder/Sales reporting, forecast5Q Rolling forecast for order/sales. Commitment to ensure that forecast are tracked and monitored sufficientlyAR managementManage debt collections for assigned accounts in line with company’s expectation.
