More than 90% of HR teams report that Hire Central has enhanced both candidate experience and team collaboration.Now entering a strong market expansion phase, Hire Central is rapidly scaling its Sales and Marketing operations as our customer base grows at record speed, and we’re looking for a driven teammate to join us on this journey.Our Current Pain Points:We’re growing fast, and with growth comes new challenges. As demand for Hire Central surges, our Sales and Marketing team is running at full speed to keep up with the number of inquiries, demos, and partnership opportunities.The ATS market in Vietnam is still maturing - many businesses know they need digital transformation but haven’t yet realized how an ATS can directly improve their bottom line.Our target customers (retail chains, F&B chains, manufacturing…) often have high-volume recruitment needs but lack standardized processes.Our brand awareness is rising quickly, but we need more people on the ground - those who can connect, educate, and build trust with HR leaders and business owners.We’ve proven that Hire Central delivers real ROI, now we need strong, hands-on sales talent to bring that story to every corner of the market.What you will solve:Build trust with clients by educating them on the real value of optimizing recruitment with an ATS.Develop and manage a robust pipeline of potential customers to ensure healthy and sustainable sales.Approach decision-makers at multiple levels, from HR Managers/Directors to C-level executives.Work closely with Marketing, Product and Customer Success teams to ensure successful onboarding and customer retention.Key responsibilities:Develop and execute a winning B2B SaaS sales strategy.Identify, qualify and nurture leads through to close, building long-term client relationships.Work alongside the current Acting Sales Manager to share market insights and boost team performance.Provide feedback to improve sales processes and onboarding experience.Deliver regular reports on performance, pipeline, and opportunities to the Executive Team.Challenges you will face:Startup environment: many things are still being built, processes are not fully mature, and resources are limited.Customers may take time to build trust: you’ll need to be patient and deliver real, practical value.Strong competition: you’ll need to sell based on real solutions, not just price.Team spirit: you should both lead and uplift the current Acting Sales Manager so the whole sales team grows stronger together.What we’re looking for:3-5 years of proven B2B Sales experience, ideally in SaaS / HR Tech / enterprise software.A strong professional network, especially with HRMs, HRDs and C-level contacts.Excellent negotiation, communication and deal-closing skills.A consultative sales mindset: able to understand client pain points and craft solutions.Experience as a Talent Acquisition lead or headhunter is a big plus.Proactive, self-managed, target-driven, able to thrive under pressure.Proficient in Vietnamese, with working English communication.What you’ll get:Competitive base salary.Growth opportunities in a promising, untapped market.Work directly with the founders, bring your ideas to life, and be empowered to experiment.A transparent, performance-driven environment where your contribution truly matters.Any questions, please contact Ms Le La - (+84) 374 626 006 or leltm@company-central.com
