Engineering Manager

InflowControl is seeking a problem-solving Engineering Manager with a flexible mindset to join our Engineering Department. We seek a candidate who produces quality work quickly, collaborates across teams and works independently. You are organized, self-motivated, adaptable, solution-focused, and proactive in solving problems. Leadership skills, such as inspiring and guiding team members, taking initiative, and effectively managing projects, are also highly valued. Holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience. Thorough understanding of mechanical engineering design and manufacturing engineering. Good experience with 3D design and FEA tools. Can review or create detailed technical drawings for manufacturing. Has experience with procedures, standards, and documentation. Lives by the values: Passion, collaboration, integrity, and agility. Is committed to continuous personal and team development. Approaches tasks methodically and with structure. Is curious, proactive and responsibility within their field. Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills across disciplines.
