Job Description

InflowControl is seeking a problem-solving Engineering Manager with a flexible mindset to join our Engineering Department. We seek a candidate who produces quality work quickly, collaborates across teams and works independently. You are organized, self-motivated, adaptable, solution-focused, and proactive in solving problems. Leadership skills, such as inspiring and guiding team members, taking initiative, and effectively managing projects, are also highly valued. Lead and develop our mechanical engineering departmentCollaborate and provide engineering support internally as well as external stakeholdersContribute to optimizing and streamlining our products manufacturing processesCreate and refine 3D designs and manufacturing drawings using SolidWorksPlan, prioritize, and implement tasks within the engineering departmentAdhere to company and industry standards in all design workAddress and resolve challenging customer requests for customized solutionsChallenge yourself and others to deliver top-class technology and services to internal resources and demanding customersBe a driving force and actively contribute to improvement processesWork in a dynamic technology company that is a leader in its fieldContribute to growth in a rapidly developing international technology companyWe are looking for someone who:

Holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience. Thorough understanding of mechanical engineering design and manufacturing engineering. Good experience with 3D design and FEA tools. Can review or create detailed technical drawings for manufacturing. Has experience with procedures, standards, and documentation. Lives by the values: Passion, collaboration, integrity, and agility. Is committed to continuous personal and team development. Approaches tasks methodically and with structure. Is curious, proactive and responsibility within their field. Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills across disciplines.
