As a part of WPP Onefluence, you’ll be joining a a full-service network with the most sophisticated influencer expertise around the globe to meet client scale.Influencer marketing is a core piece of our business, and we are seeking someone who is as passionate about this world as we are. We’re looking for candidates that are social first, tapped in, and passionate about beauty & retail.What You'll DoIdentification, outreach, negotiation, project management and measurement of influencer programs, with a focus on seeding collaborations based on strategic plan development from senior team & clientsEfficiently and effectively plans and manage influencers engagement and monitoring for large-scale mailersDeveloping campaign reports by tracking and optimizing organic and paid influencer contentKeep on top of emerging social trends, platforms, technologies, and influencers in the Canadian marketCarry out social media listening and research to identify trends in online conversations and to pinpoint key influencersExperience That Contributes To SuccessA minimum of 1-2 years of experience demonstrated interest or experience in Influencer, PR, Digital, Content or Brand Marketing agenciesUnderstand metrics and insights from various social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and other emerging channelsClear understanding of the influencer marketing landscape, the importance and role of influencer marketing and best practicesExperience utilizing influencer identification and vetting systems like CreatorIQ, Traackr or in-platform toolsFlawless organizational skills and keen attention to detailAbility to prioritize and manage high volumes of requestsAbility to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal formatAbility to build and maintain relationships with key influencers, agencies and team membersExcellent written and verbal communications skillsCreative thinker and problem solverExperience managing influencer programs is a plus!You Belong At BursonOur vision is for Burson to be the leading ‘academy company’ for creative communications professionals and emerging leaders.
