You love all things "beauty" and "social" and know exactly which content creators and talents are currently trending on TikTok. You'll be on the frontline of our social media strategies, building and maintaining relationships with a variety of influencers.For this internship, we are ideally looking for an intern who can join the team in November 2025 and commit full-time for 6 months.ResponsibilitiesAssist in building the Coco & Eve organic community and ‘always on' gifting campaign for core and NPD launch animations with a TikTok first strategyIdentify and collaborate with new faces, micro and mid tier creators that can drive organic brand awareness for core and NPD launch animations in line with KPI targetsManaging daily communication with a large number of micro to macro influencers - must have professional communication skills to represent Coco & Eve team and good written skillsAdvanced planning for organic content to be delivered on time, in-line with campaignTracking content posting and performance metrics with a militant eye for detail Assist with general administrative tasks for the Influencer Management Team - data capture and logging, building reports and strategy decks, organizing send outs, tracking data input on reporting platformsSupport on the analysis of performance data & reporting, tracking KPI metrics & content virality working with the Social Marketing Manager to deep dive and present quarterly and annual brand reports, analysing brand performance metrics, spend and ROIOversee the organization and execution of weekly & monthly campaign reporting Experience using Tribe, or other social marketing reporting tools advantageousMonitor the competitor landscape and analysis the market to identify trends, content angles and new ideasMonitoring participant responses, selecting standout profiles, coordinating product send-outs from participants willing to take part in TikTok Creative ChallengeRequirements1 internship with relevant work experience is a plusGreat people skillsAbility to convey ideas in a clear and concise way, both verbally and in writingPositive thinking, cheerful, fun-loving characterOrganised and proven attention to detailA working knowledge of major social media channels including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTubeAnalytical mind with the ability to monitor, interpret and report campaign results
