Job Title: Influencer Marketing Manager (Beauty Industry)Location: Kuala Lumpur, MalaysiaType: Full-timeKey Responsibilities:Develop & execute influencer strategies focused on Malaysia/Southeast Asia beauty markets (skincare, makeup, personal care).Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with beauty influencers (macro/micro/nano) across Instagram, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu.Lead end-to-end campaigns—from brief to reporting—with a focus on ROI and sales conversion.Analyze performance data (engagement, reach, conversions) to optimize strategies.Stay updated on beauty trends, platform algorithms, and competitor activities in SEA.Must-Have Requirements:3+ years in influencer marketing, specifically in beauty/personal care (agency or brand side).Proven portfolio of beauty influencer campaigns in Malaysia/SEA markets.Deep understanding of TikTok/Instagram/YouTube content best practices.Strong negotiation skills with experience in contracts, budgets, and influencer gifting.Fluent in English + Malay (Mandarin is a huge plus for cross-border collabs).Nice-to-Have:Experience with affiliate marketing or live-stream commerce.Existing network of SEA-based beauty influencers.
