Roles & Responsibilities TikTok & KOL MarketingDevelop and execute TikTok marketing strategies to promote new and existing products, leveraging content trends and platform algorithms regarding local market.Identify, engage, and manage KOLs/influencers for collaborative campaigns and product launches.Monitor campaign performance (engagement, impression, conversion) and optimize content quality on top of internal and external analysis (viral content, competitors, etc.).Stay ahead of TikTok trends, formats, and viral opportunities to keep the brand relevant and top-of-mind.Product MarketingDefine product positioning, USPs, and key messaging tailored to digital audiences.Support go-to-market plans for new product launches, from campaign planning to execution and performance tracking.Translate consumer and market insights into actionable marketing strategies that resonate with target groups.Help shape product ideas and innovation by contributing insights from social media and influencer feedback.Qualifications:3-5 years of experience in product marketing or digital marketing within the beauty, skincare, or cosmetics industry.Proven success in TikTok campaigns and KOL/influencer marketing, preferably with beauty creators.Strong understanding of beauty products, trends, and the consumer mindset.Self-starter with strong project management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, trend-driven environment.Proficiency in English; knowledge of Chinese is a plus.What We Offer:• A fast-growing and collaborative team in beauty industry.• Budget and creative freedom to drive viral, high-impact campaigns.• Opportunities to work with top beauty influencers and cutting-edge product development.
