JOB RESPONSIBILITIESAdvise and propose suitable KOL lists, timelines, and airing platforms based on the Client’s briefCollaborate with internal departments to ensure the effective execution of KOL team projectsConstantly update data and rate cards of artists/KOLs, as well as event locations; stay informed on market trends and industry needsEngage and activate both internal team members and Clients to maximize campaign effectivenessDocument Client meetings and conference calls, clearly outlining directions and agreementsAssist in shoot planning with producers, timelines, and creative executionLead daily operations and ensure smooth project deliveryPerform other tasks as assigned by the Line ManagerII. JOB REQUIREMENTSBe a kind, honest, and responsible individualUniversity degree or diploma in Marketing, Commerce, Entrepreneurship, Information Technology, or related fieldsFinal-year student who can commit to a full-time internship (Monday to Friday)Passion for entertainment, especially in talent management, events, and mediaHighly adaptable with a positive mindset and willingness to learnEnergetic, proactive, and result-orientedConfident in using various social media platforms for marketing, including TikTok, Facebook, and YouTubeCreative, motivated, and an excellent communicatorStrong teamwork skills and ability to work independently when requiredProficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPointEnthusiastic and able to take ownership of assigned tasksIII.
