Information Security Compliance Analyst

Assist in developing and implementing the information security compliance function. Perform continuous monitoring and analysis of compliance activities. Track and report compliance status and issues to senior management. Develop, maintain, and update compliance documentation. Support annual cyber security maturity assessment planning and execution. Collect and analyze data to evaluate Pandoras cybersecurity posture. Prepare reports and presentations on assessment findings. Assist in development and maintenance of information security policies and standards. Support policy exception handling including documentation and approvals. Collaborate with GRC team members on compliance initiatives. Work across Pandora functions to ensure compliance requirements are met. Communicate compliance-related information to stakeholders. Identify opportunities to improve compliance processes.Technical Skills Proficient in MS Office tools. Knowledge of ServiceNow, OneTrust, or similar risk management tools.
