We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled professional to strengthen our cybersecurity posture and ensure the resilience of our infrastructure and services.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute core functions within the information security domainSupport business continuity and uninterrupted service operationsImplement security measures aligned with organizational goalsAnalyze and assess information security threats and risksContribute to the development of security requirements and threat modelingDraft and update security documentation and policiesParticipate in cross-functional project teamsPilot security tools and prepare analytical reportsConduct vulnerability assessments and penetration test reviewsSupport secure software development practicesAssist in audits and implement recommended infrastructure changesParticipate in internal investigations and other assigned tasksProfessional CompetenciesKnowledge of international and local information security standards and regulationsUnderstanding of cryptographic methods and modern threat landscapesFamiliarity with server infrastructure and network technologiesHands-on experience with tools such as EDR, SIEM, DLP, DPI, IPS/IDS, NGFW, ELKStrong grasp of protocols like TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, HTTP, TLS, IPSec, WPAAwareness of secure development principles and infrastructure models (Zero Trust, Defense in Depth)Personal AttributesFast learner and team playerResilient under pressureStrong communication and interpersonal skillsResponsible and approachableAdditional RequirementsRussian & English language at a professional levelBachelor’s degree in IT or Information SecurityMinimum 3 years of relevant experienceAdvanced user of Windows/Linux systems and document management toolsProficient in MS OfficeWhy Join Freedom Management Ltd?Be part of a growing, international financial services groupDynamic work culture with strong executive exposureOpportunities to join an expanding team across a developing regional network
